目的:建立安神补脑液中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Agilent EcLipse XDB-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水(19:81)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),荧光检测器,检测波长为λ_(ex)=360 nm,λ_(em)=417 nm。结果:2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷在5.34~213.60μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为1.8%(n=9)。结论:2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷在5.34~213.60μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为1.8%(n=9)。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Anshen Bunao fluid. Methods: HPLC (Agilent EcLipse XDB-C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-water (19:81) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1, Detector, the detection wavelength of λ_ (ex) = 360 nm, λ_ (em) = 417 nm. Results: The linearity of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was good in the range of 5.34 ~ 213.60μg · ml -1 with the average recovery of 100.7% , RSD was 1.8% (n = 9). CONCLUSION: The calibration curve of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside has good linearity in the range of 5.34 ~ 213.60μg · ml ~ (-1) with an average recovery of 100.7% , RSD was 1.8% (n = 9).
