21世纪以来,人力资源是第一资源的理念已经成为共识。人是管理的主体和客体,对人性的准确认识,是人力资源管理获得成功的重要前提。本文根据人性质态测评模型对5173网络公司随机调查获取了202份有效问卷数据,进行了数理统计分析。研究结论显示,公司员工的人性诉求从大到小排序依次为社会人、责任人、自我实现人、经济人,且社会人、责任人、自我实现的人、经济人的测评值两两差异显著,从而证实了员工的人性复杂性。最后针对员工的人性质态排序设计了相应的管理对策。
Since the 21st century, the concept of human resources as the primary resource has become the consensus. Man is the main body and object of management, and an accurate understanding of human nature is an important prerequisite for the success of human resource management. Based on the human nature assessment model, this paper obtains 202 valid questionnaires from 5173 Internet companies and conducts mathematical statistics analysis. The conclusion of the study shows that the order of the human nature of employees is descending, followed by the social person, the responsible person, the self-actualized person, the economic person, and the appraisal value of social person, responsible person, self-actualized person and economic person has significant difference , Thus confirming the human nature of staff complexity. At last, the corresponding management countermeasures are designed according to the sorting of the human nature of employees.
