目的观察叶酸受体α(folate receptor alpha,FOLR1)在胰腺癌中的表达水平,为叶酸受体α靶向性分子显像技术的建立提供依据。方法采用免疫印迹和免疫组织化学法检测叶酸受体α在胰腺癌、正常胰腺、癌旁和慢性胰腺炎症组织的表达,并评价其表达水平与胰腺癌临床病理学指标的关系。结果叶酸受体α在94.7%(72/76)的胰腺癌中阳性表达,且表达水平与肿瘤转移相关,而在正常胰腺中无表达。结论以叶酸受体α为靶点的分子影像技术在胰腺癌的诊断中可能具有良好的应用价值。
Objective To observe the expression of folate receptor alpha (FOLR1) in pancreatic cancer, and to provide a basis for the establishment of folate receptor α-targeting molecular imaging. Methods The expression of folate receptor α in pancreatic cancer, normal pancreas, paracarcinoma and chronic pancreatitis tissues was detected by Western blotting and immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of folate receptor α and the clinicopathological parameters of pancreatic cancer was also evaluated. Results Folate receptor α was positively expressed in 94.7% (72/76) of pancreatic carcinomas, and the expression level was correlated with tumor metastasis, but not in normal pancreas. Conclusion The molecular imaging technique targeting folate receptor α may be of value in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
