试材为6年生白蜡杆,以脲醛树脂和酚醛树脂为处理剂,通过接触角测量仪测定白蜡杆材不同年轮横切面上不同时段的接触角;并采用动态润湿模型描述接触角在白蜡杆材表面上的扩展过程,即定义一个K值来描述胶黏剂在木材表面上的动态润湿行为。结果表明:润湿模型能够准确地描述胶黏剂在白蜡杆材不同年轮横切面的动态润湿过程;PF在白蜡杆第1~6年轮的K值均大于UF在白蜡杆第1~6年轮的K值,说明PF胶黏剂在白蜡杆材表面的润湿性能较好。
The test material was 6-year-old white wax rod with urea-formaldehyde resin and phenolic resin as treatment agent, and the contact angle was measured by contact angle measuring instrument at different growth rings. The dynamic wetting model was used to describe the contact angle in white wax The expansion process on the rod surface defines a K value to describe the dynamic wetting behavior of the adhesive on the wood surface. The results show that the wetting model can accurately describe the dynamic wetting process of the adhesive on the cross-section of different annual rings of the white wax rod. The K values of PF in the first to the sixth wheels of the wax rod are higher than those of the first, 6-year round of the K value, indicating that the wettability of PF adhesive surface in the white wax rod is better.
