目的:探讨芩百清肺浓缩丸修复受损肺上皮细胞的机制。方法:实验分为空白对照组、模型对照组、芩百清肺浓缩丸低剂量组和高剂量组。感染模型对照组和两给药组细胞或小鼠后,两给药组分别给予低剂量和高剂量芩百清肺浓缩丸。利用Reverse Transcription-PCR和Western Blot方法测定各组细胞和小鼠的肺表皮生长因子(EGF)表达。结果:与模型对照组比较,芩百清肺浓缩丸高剂量组和低剂量组都能上调A549细胞和小鼠EGF mRNA和蛋白表达(P<0.05),但高剂量组作用更加显著。结论:芩百清肺浓缩丸通过提高EGF修复受损肺上皮细胞。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Qinbai Qingfei Pill in repairing damaged lung epithelial cells. Methods: The experiment was divided into blank control group, model control group, Qin Baiqing Qingfei Pill low dose group and high dose group. After infection of the model control group and the two administration groups of cells or mice, the two administration groups were given low-dose and high-dose Qinbai Qingfei Pill respectively. Reverse Transcription-PCR and Western Blot were used to determine the expression of lung epidermal growth factor (EGF) in each group of cells and mice. Results: Compared with the model control group, both high-dose and low-dose groups of Qinbaiqingfei Pill can upregulate EGF mRNA and protein expression in A549 cells and mice (P <0.05), but the effect of high dose group was more significant. Conclusion: Qinbaiqing Pneumoconiosis Pill can repair damaged lung epithelial cells by increasing EGF.
