本研究是用光镜及电镜探讨鱼卵透明带粗提品对恒河猴进行兔疫后肾脏组织病理学变化。光镜(LM)和电镜(EM)观察免疫猴肾。发现肾小球大多数毛细血管管腔均被增生的系膜细胞堵塞,增生细胞胞浆呈中等度的PAS阴性反应,个别肾小球出现有PMN侵润。基底膜呈灶性增厚,在基底膜与上皮细胞足突之间,可见有电子致密度高的物质形成“小丘”,上述结果说明这是典型的急性弥漫性肾小球肾炎。抗体效价测定结果说明,鱼卵透明带粗提物有强的抗原性,对恒河猴能激发抗体产生。免疫猴出现的急性弥漫性肾小球肾炎与免疫反应有关。
In this study, light and electron microscopy were used to investigate the histopathological changes in the kidneys of rhesus monkeys following rabbit epidemic. Immune monkey kidneys were observed by light microscopy (LM) and electron microscopy (EM). It was found that most of the glomerular lumens were blocked by proliferating mesangial cells, and the cytoplasm of proliferating cells showed a moderate PAS-negative response, and PMN invasion occurred in some glomeruli. The basement membrane was focally thickened. Between the basement membrane and the foot processes of epithelial cells, there were substances with high electron density that formed “hills.” These results indicate that this is a typical acute diffuse glomerulonephritis. The results of antibody titer determination showed that the crude extract of the zona pellucida was highly antigenic and could stimulate antibody production in rhesus monkeys. Acute diffuse glomerulonephritis in immunized monkeys is associated with an immune response.
