通过对青海江河源农牧科技发展有限公司生产的0.10%C.肉毒杀鼠素诱鼠颗粒毒饵Ⅰ和诱鼠颗粒毒饵Ⅱ,进行的防治高原鼠兔的田间小区对比试验。结果表明,用诱鼠颗粒现场配制的毒饵防治高原鼠兔的平均校正防治效果可达94.95%,两药剂间经方差分析差异显著(F=8.643>F0.05=3.885,既P<0.05)且与常用的0.10%C.肉毒杀鼠素燕麦毒饵具有相同的防治效果。
Field experiments were conducted to control plateau pikas by applying 0.10% C. botulinum microtubule-inducing particle bait Ⅰ and bait rat particle bait Ⅱ produced by Qinghai Heyuan Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. The results showed that the average preventive and control effect of poison baits prepared on the spot with the bait rat particles was 94.95%. There was significant difference (ANOVA) between the two agents (F = 8.643> F0.05 = 3.885, P <0.05) And the commonly used 0.10% C. Botulinum toxin oat bait has the same control effect.
