我院引用德国JOIMAX椎间孔镜系统,于2015年3~9月为57例患者施行腰椎间盘突出摘除术,获得满意疗效。现将护理对策报告如下。1临床资料2015年3~9月我院手术患者57例,男27例,女30例,年龄38~73岁,平均56岁,患者均有较明显的腰腿疼和功能障碍,经CT、MRI确诊为腰椎间盘突出和椎管狭窄,脊髓和神经根受压。手术方法:患者取侧卧或俯卧位,用钢尺和记号笔 We refer to the German JOIMAX intervertebral mirror system, from March 2015 to September 2015 for 57 patients underwent lumbar disc herniation, access to satisfactory results.
