目的建立一种高效液相色谱法测定复方川脊片中芍药苷的含量。方法采用岛津LC-10AT高效液相色谱仪,选用Symmetry-C18分析柱(5μm,3.9 mm×150 mm)为固定相,以异丙醇-甲醇-醋酸-水(1:23:1:75)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;柱温为35℃;检测波长为230 nm。结果复方川脊片中芍药苷与其他组分良好分离。芍药苷进样量线性范围在0.204 8~1.024 0μg,r=0.999 3;样品加样回收率为98.6%(n=6),RSD=0.835%(n=6)。结论该含量测定方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于控制复方川脊片的质量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Fufang Chuanji tablets. Methods A Shimadzu LC-10AT high performance liquid chromatograph was used with a Symmetry-C18 column (5 μm, 3.9 mm × 150 mm) as the stationary phase and isopropanol-methanol-acetic acid-water ) As mobile phase; flow rate: 1.0 mL.min-1; column temperature was 35 ℃; detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results Compound paeoniflorin tablets with other components of the good separation. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.204 8 ~ 1.024 0 μg, r = 0.999 3. The sample recovery was 98.6% (n = 6) and RSD = 0.835% (n = 6). Conclusion The determination of content is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of compound ridges.
