目的:无创性评估左束支传导阻滞(LBBB)患者的冠状动脉疾病(CAD)比较棘手。作者旨在探讨腺苷负荷心肌声学造影(MCE)检出无症状性LBBB患者中CAD的诊断准确性,同时将其与腺苷负荷单光子发射计算机断层扫描(SPECT)进行比较。方法:47例无明确CAD病史的LBBB患者首先接受SPECT成像检查,1～3d后行MCE检查。
Objective: Non-invasive assessment of left coronary artery block (LBBB) patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) more difficult. The aim of the study was to investigate the diagnostic accuracy of CAD in asymptomatic LBBB patients with adenosine stress myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) and to compare them with adenosine stress single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT). Methods: Forty-seven LBBB patients with no definite history of CAD underwent first SPECT imaging and MCE after 1 ~ 3 days.
