油田增产方式更新,大修作业井难度增大,对修井技术提出新的考验。设计制造出一套能够将境内的液压动力转化为可以驱动修井装置的机械动力的动力驱动装置,有效避免了修井后因井径缩小影响油井生产的情况。根据油井的实际状况,提出不同的管柱组合,最大限度的满足具体油井的打捞需要。针对修井中一些新出现的问题,最近研制了一批非常规类工具,如扩眼偏心刮刀钻头、铅模专用套捞工具等等,在现场实验中都取得了较为良好的效果。围绕部分套变井的修复难点,经过研究设计的井下动力液压整形工具使套管修复加固程序简化,降低了施工队伍的生产成本,填补了大修修套程序中的空白,经过现场试验,效果亦比较理想。
