自行车飞轮中的飞壳,是由低碳钢(牌号BD2F、BD3F)制成,其热处理技术要求为:渗碳层深0.30~0.50毫米,硬度HRA≥75。要满足表面耐磨、心部有一定韧性的使用性能要求。我厂自生产飞轮以来,没有沿用氰盐液体渗碳老工艺,而采用了气体渗碳工艺。根据飞壳的服役条件,我们认为飞壳是飞轮中的易损件,要进一步提高其使用寿命,关键在于提高飞壳的耐磨性。根据现有设备条件,对飞壳进行了滴注式气体碳氮共渗试验。通过试制和批量生产,已取得良好效果。
Flywheel flywheel shell is made of low carbon steel (BD2F, BD3F) made of its heat treatment technology requirements: Carburized depth 0.30 ~ 0.50 mm, hardness HRA ≥ 75. Through trial production and mass production, has achieved good results.
