班主任在国际化石油复合型人才的培养过程中扮演了重要角色,起到了润物细无声的作用。这主要体现在引导学生由“中学”到“大学”的思想转型,培养学生由“自我”向“集体”的团队协同意识,增强学生由“了解”到“热爱”的专业认知,提高学生由“国内”到“国外”的国际化视野。实践证明,班主任制度不仅使教师贴近学生生活,成为学生的知己,引导学生树立正确的大学观,也使学生增强团队协作意识,及时认知专业并培养专业兴趣,更能使学生提高国际化人文与业务视野,这些均为国际化石油人才的知识结构、能力结构和素质结构培养打下了坚实的基础。
The class teacher plays an important role in the process of training international complex talents of oil and has played a quiet role.
