目的了解检验科公用电话的污染情况及防护措施。方法采用现场采样和调查方法对检验科6部公用电话进行细菌学检测。结果调查的6部医院公用电话均有细菌检出,污染率为100%。共鉴定出细菌5种,由高到低依次为葡萄球菌、微球菌、革兰阴性球菌、枯草杆菌、奈瑟氏菌。结论检验科公用电话细菌污染率较高,应采取切实有效的消毒措施。
Objective To understand the contamination of the public telephone in the laboratory and protective measures. Methods Bacteriological tests were performed on 6 public telephones in the laboratory using field sampling and survey methods. Results of the survey of the six hospital public telephone bacteria were detected, the pollution rate was 100%. A total of 5 bacteria were identified, followed by Staphylococcus aureus, Micrococcus, Gram-negative cocci, Bacillus subtilis, Neisseria. Conclusion The bacterial contamination rate of public telephone in the laboratory is high, and practical and effective disinfection measures should be taken.
