以新疆北疆博乐市精河县托托乡连作5年、10年、15年、20年和30年的棉田土壤为研究对象,应用Pearson相关分析方法对不同连作年限棉田土壤基本理化性状及酶活性进行了分析。结果表明:棉花连作对土壤理化性质及酶活性有较大影响,土壤pH、有机质、全氮与四种土壤酶相关性较好,是影响酶活性的重要因子;随着连作年限增加,过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶活性增强,磷酸酶、脲酶活性降低;不同种土壤酶随土层厚度的增加酶活性逐渐降低,并在三个土层中存在显著差异;棉田连作对土壤理化性质及酶活性的影响有利也有弊,在评价土壤肥力状况方面,某些土壤酶可以作为土壤生化过程强度的较好指标。
This paper took the cotton soil of 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years and 30 years continuous cropping of Toto Township, Bole City, Xinjiang as the research object. Pearson correlation analysis method was used to analyze the basic physical and chemical properties of soils in different continuous cropping years, Enzyme activity was analyzed. The results showed that cotton continuous cropping had a great effect on soil physical and chemical properties and enzyme activity. Soil pH, organic matter and total nitrogen had good correlation with four soil enzymes, which was an important factor affecting the enzyme activity. With continuous cropping increasing, The activities of enzymes such as hydrogenase and invertase increased, and the activity of phosphatase and urease decreased. The activities of enzymes in different soil enzymes decreased with the increase of soil thickness, and there were significant differences in three soil layers. The effects of continuous cropping system on soil physical and chemical properties and enzyme activity There are some advantages and disadvantages of some soil enzymes in the evaluation of soil fertility, which can be used as a good indicator of soil biochemical process intensity.
