应用火焰原子吸收光谱法对三明12个葡萄品种各器官的Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Ni、Cr的含量进行测定分析,结果表明,所测6个元素在各品种器官中均有一定的分布,同一微量元素在葡萄不同器官、不同品种之间存在一定的差异,其中所测微量元素中Mn、Fe元素在各器官中含量相对较高,Zn、Cu其次,Ni、Cr的含量相对较低。所测葡萄品种各器官中Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu的含量多数在一般植物体的正常含量范围内,Cr、Ni的含量稍高于一般植物体的正常含量范围;Fe元素在各品种间含量差异最大,其高低顺序为:藤稔>巨峰>京亚>双味早红堤>红高>黑香蕉>京秀>87-1>汤姆逊>金星无核>矢富罗莎>维多利亚,而Ni、Cu、Cr元素的含量在不同品种之间的差异较小。
