对GW63K镁合金进行不同工艺的T6热处理。结果表明:固溶处理不但可以提高合金的强度,还能使其保持良好的塑性,而时效处理能使T4态GW63K合金的强度进一步提高,但会降低其伸长率。随着T61、T62、T63和T64四种热处理中固溶温度从545℃降低到525℃,GW63K镁合金的强度基本不变,而伸长率得到提高;固溶温度继续从525℃降低到515℃,GW63K镁合金的强度开始下降,而伸长率继续提高。对比后发现,T63态合金的力学性能完全满足技术指标要求,为最佳热处理工艺。
GW63K magnesium alloy for different processes T6 heat treatment. The results show that the solution treatment can not only improve the strength of the alloy, but also keep it good ductility. However, aging treatment can further increase the strength of T4 GW63K alloy, but reduce its elongation. With the heat treatment of T61, T62, T63 and T64 four kinds of heat treatment temperature decreased from 545 ℃ to 525 ℃, GW63K magnesium alloy strength basically unchanged, while the elongation was improved; solution temperature continued to drop from 525 ℃ to 515 ℃, GW63K magnesium alloy strength began to decline, while elongation continued to increase. After comparison, it is found that the mechanical properties of T63 alloy fully meet the technical requirements, the best heat treatment process.
