经济社会的稳定发展,为现代化电力企业生产水平的提升及产业规模的不断扩大创造了有利的条件,逐渐优化了电力系统长期使用中的服务功能。结合当前电力生产活动开展的实际概况,可知某些影响因素的客观存在威胁着电力通信网的正常工作,间接了加大了电力通信网风险,影响设备工作性能的同时降低了各种电力信息传递效率,需要采取必要的技术措施全面提升电力通信网风险管理水平,增加电力生产效益。基于此,本文将对电力通信网风险管理关键技术进行必要地分析,以便为电力通信网实际作用的充分发挥及组成结构的优化提供可靠地保障。
