通过对ABS塑料基板的低温化学镀铜或镀镍的工艺试验研究,找到优化组合的工艺参数,再以其对ABS材质的FDM快速原型进行化学镀铜或镀镍的表面导电化预处理,经观察和物相分析,证明其可行。
Through the experimental research on low temperature electroless copper plating or nickel plating of ABS plastic substrate, the process parameters of optimized combination are found, and then the surface electrification pretreatment of electroless copper plating or nickel plating on FDM rapid prototyping of ABS material is carried out. Observation and phase analysis proved to be feasible.
