阐述了采用两个步骤设计 H.263量化器:首先利用缓冲器纯占有控制算法来确定量化器的粗量化步长;然后利用视觉特性控制来确定量化器的精量化步长。并且通过实验验证该方法能够获得满意的效果。
The H.263 quantizer is designed in two steps: Firstly, the buffer-only possession control algorithm is used to determine the quantizer’s coarse quantization step; then, the visual characteristic control is used to determine the quantization step of the quantizer. The experimental results show that the method can achieve satisfactory results.
