目的:研究“5S”管理法在数控实训基地的应用效果。方法:将“5S”管理法应用到数控实训管理中,制定细则,实行全员参与和专人负责制,并在不同时期进行总结比较,发现问题,实施整改。结果:“5S”管理应用到数控实训中能够明显地改善现场环境,提高教学质量。
Objective: To study the application effect of “5S ” management method in CNC training base. Methods: The “5S” management method was applied to NC training management. The rules and regulations were formulated and the full participation and the responsibility system of specialists were implemented. Summarized and compared at different periods, problems were identified and rectification was implemented. Results: “5S ” management applied to NC training can obviously improve the site environment and improve teaching quality.
