李克强总理政府工作报告三提“工匠精神”。今天精益求精的现代企业,更是需要具备“工匠精神”的现代员工。作为为企业培养输送技能人才的中职学校,现代学徒制正是培训高技能人才的重要模式。随着省选择性课改的开展,选择性思想下的现代学徒制更是给中职学校的人才培养带来了重大变革。本文以本校模具专业为例,结合选模具专业在课改中试行现代学徒制的做法,谈谈“选择性”视野下“现代学徒”的培养策略。 Li Keqiang three reports to the government work report “Craftsmanship ”.
