目的通过对1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例的调查分析,探索现场流行病学调查在人禽流感疫情应急处置中的应用状况。方法对1例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例开展流行病学调查,对其密切接触者进行追踪和医学观察,采用RT-PCR法对核酸进行亚型的鉴定。结果患者为实验室确诊病例,发病前有禽类暴露史,感染来源可能是接触了来自人感染H7N9禽流感疫区的禽类。结论暴露在活禽贩卖宰杀市场可能是感染的危险因素,从人感染H7N9禽流感疫区输入禽类也加大了发生病例的风险。
Objective To investigate the application of epidemiological investigation in the emergency treatment of human bird flu in a case of H7N9 bird flu. Methods One case of H7N9 bird flu was diagnosed by epidemiological investigation. The close contacts were followed up and observed by medical observation. The subtype of the nucleic acid was identified by RT-PCR. Results The patients were laboratory confirmed cases. Before the onset of the disease, there was a history of bird exposure. The source of infection may be the contact with birds from the area infected with H7N9 bird flu. Conclusion Exposure to slaughter markets in live poultry may be a risk factor for infection and the import of poultry from areas infected with H7N9 bird flu also increases the risk of occurrence.
