本文用小鼠急性经口毒性试验,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验,Ames试验对两种瓷釉涂料浸泡水(901-1,901-2)毒性和致突变性进行了研究。结果表明:两种瓷釉涂料浸泡水(901-1,901-2)LD50均大于21500mg/kg,为无毒物质。受试物在700、2000、10000mg/kg三个剂量下,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验均未显示有致突变作用。Ames试验,受试物在0.001~10ul/皿剂量下,均未显示有致突变作用。为了确保瓷釉涂料安全,建议继续进行蓄积毒性和生殖毒性、发育毒性研究。
In this paper, acute toxicity test in mice, mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test, Ames test enamel coating soaked in water (901-1, 901-2) toxicity and mutagenicity were studied. The results showed that the two kinds of enamel coatings soaked in water (901-1, 901-2) LD50 were greater than 21500mg / kg, non-toxic substances. The test substance at 700, 2000,10000mg / kg three doses, mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test showed no mutagenic effect. Ames test, the test substance in 0.001 ~ 10ul / plate dose, did not show mutagenic effect. In order to ensure the safety of enamel coatings, it is advisable to continue accumulating and reproductive toxicity and developmental toxicity studies.
