前言 用微型计算机控制轧制过程是轧制领域中的一项新技术。它用数字软件取代模拟器件,增加了系统运行的可靠性。数字软件能实现复杂的调节规律,这可以提高轧制质量。数字软件设计灵活的特点又可使控制系统的设计周期和调试时间大为缩短。 我们从1981年9月开始研制铝板轧机液压厚调微型机控制系统的硬件和软件,82年8月在第一重型机器厂实验室的600mm液压轧机上调试试验,9月底开始轧制铝板,10月进行控制系统静态和动态特性测试。全部试验工作在82年11月结束。控制系统的功能有: 1.压下位置控制:压下位置预设定,两侧(操作侧、传动侧)辊缝联合微调,两
Preface Microcomputer control The rolling process is a new technology in the rolling field. It replaces analog devices with digital software, increasing the reliability of system operation. Digital software can achieve complex regulation, which can improve the quality of the rolling. The flexible nature of digital software design can greatly reduce the control system design cycle and debugging time. We started to develop the hardware and software of hydraulic thickness control system for aluminum plate rolling mill from September 1981. We commissioned the 600mm hydraulic mill in the first heavy machinery factory laboratory in August of 1982 and started rolling the aluminum plate at the end of September.
