Based on the analysis of a series of safety work levels of construction companies and projects, this paper puts forward strategies and suggestions for strengthening construction safety work. The findings of this survey, while affirming and inheriting previous research findings related to construction safety, will tend to be more qualitative in nature and suggest that while quantitative factors can lead to successful safety outcomes, qualitative factors are also relatively important. Security dispatchers complete survey coupons (eg, number of security checks, implementation of security plans, percentage of time spent on security discussions, etc.) based on specific data required by the company and the project level. The safety performance measures of several safety operations surveyed were: the accident rate of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (hereinafter referred to as OSHA), the empirical correction value (referred to as EMR for short) and the subjective measure ratio of engineering design. A total of 48 construction companies and 69 individual works of the safe operating procedures were analyzed, statistical analysis highlights the construction companies and project-specific factors to improve the safety of construction measures to improve the importance of. The objective strategies and recommendations presented in this paper will help those contractors, special contractors and property owners to improve their safety and improve their construction practices.
