本文叙述了凤凰山铜矿选矿厂磨矿回路微机控制的研究结果。该回路为两段磨矿,第一段为开路棒磨,第二段砾磨与水力旋流器闭路。对一段棒磨进行了定值给矿、调值给矿和进料给水控制的研究;对二段砾磨进行了矿浆池给水量、液面控制及砾磨机功率控制研究。研究结果,当定值给矿时,给矿量平稳,但当入磨物料因粒度降低或硬度变小而较易磨时,系统不能多处理矿石,磨矿产品粒度组成波动较大,不符合分选工艺的基本要求。调值给矿控制,产品粒度组成稳定,符合分选要求,且当入磨物料易磨时,能自动增加处理矿量。
This paper describes the research results of computer control of grinding circuit in Fenghuangshan Copper Concentrator. The circuit is two sections of grinding, the first section is open rod mill, the second section of gravel mill and hydrocyclone closed circuit. A section of rod mill was given value to the mine, the value of the mine and feed water control research; the second paragraph of gravel grinding pond water supply, level control and gravel mill power control. The results show that, when the value is given to the mine, the amount of ore to be mined is stable. However, the system can not process the ore more when the material to be milled is more likely to be worn due to the decrease of the grain size or the decrease of the hardness. The grain size of the milled product fluctuates greatly and does not conform to Sorting process of the basic requirements. Adjustments to the mine control, product composition and stability of particle size, in line with the sorting requirements, and when the grinding material easy to wear, can automatically increase the amount of processing ore.
