目的:探讨地西泮配合苯巴比妥钠治疗癫痫持续状态的方法和效果。方法:分析总结我院从2008年6月～2011年6月收治的62例癫痫持续状态患者的临床资料。结果:有效控制57例,治愈出院55例,治愈率达88%。家属放弃治疗5例,死亡2例,1例死于原发病,1例死于并发症。结论:地西泮配合苯巴比妥治疗癫痫持续状态安全有效,简便实用,减少脑损害程度,降低并发症和死亡率。
Objective: To investigate the method and effect of diazepam combined with phenobarbital sodium in the treatment of status epilepticus. Methods: The clinical data of 62 patients with status epilepticus admitted in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2011 were analyzed. Results: Effective control of 57 cases, 55 cases were cured, the cure rate was 88%. Family members abandoned treatment in 5 cases, 2 died, 1 died of primary disease, 1 patient died of complications. Conclusion: Diazepam combined with phenobarbital for the treatment of status epilepticus is safe and effective, simple and practical, reduce the degree of brain damage, reduce complications and mortality.
