不同鼠龄大鼠肝微粒体苯胺羟化酶(ANH)及氨基比林 N-脱甲基酶(AMD)活性的研究结果表明:ANH 活性于生后1周达高峰(0.107±0.017nmol/min/mg),妊娠12~14天(MPF)及18~20天(LPF)胎鼠的活性均为峰值的29%,老龄时降至峰值的36%。AMD 活性于生后逐渐增加,至12月时方达高峰(0.594±0.205nmol/min/mg),MPF 及 LPF 的 AMD 活性分别为12月时的53%和54%,老龄时无明显降低。
The results of studies on liver microsomes Aniline hydroxylase (ANH) and aminopyrine N-demethylase (AMD) activity in different mouse ages showed that ANH activity peaked at 1 week after birth (0.107±0.017 nmol/min). The activity of fetuses at 12-14 days (MPF) and 18-20 days (LPF) of gestation was 29% of the peak value, and it decreased to 36% of the peak value in the old age. AMD activity gradually increased after birth and peaked at 12 months (0.594±0.205 nmol/min/mg). AMD activity of MPF and LPF was 53% and 54% at 12 months, respectively, and no significant decrease was observed in aging.
