本文研究不同灰集比(c/a)及不同集料粒径条件下试件尺寸对碱─硅反应(ASR)和减─碳酸盐反应(ACR)膨胀的影响。试验结果表明.试件尺寸对ASR膨胀有较大的影响,但对ACR膨胀没有显著的影响。对ASR膨胀,集料粒径越大,试件尺寸的影响越显著。此外,本文从传热和传质两个方面分析了试件尺寸对AAR膨胀的影响.认为集料的活性组份的流失是导致这一影响的重要原因。根据研究结果.分析了ASTMC227方法和中国压蒸法中所采用试件尺寸的合理性.并提出修改意见。
In this paper, the effect of the specimen size on the alkali-silicon reaction (ASR) and the minus-carbonate reaction (ACR) expansion under different ash set ratios (c/a) and different aggregate particle sizes was studied. The results showed that. The size of the specimen has a greater influence on the ASR expansion but does not have a significant effect on the ACR expansion. For ASR expansion, the larger the aggregate size, the more significant the effect of the specimen size. In addition, the influence of specimen size on the expansion of AAR is analyzed from two aspects of heat transfer and mass transfer. It is believed that the loss of active components of aggregates is an important cause of this effect. According to the research results. Analyzed the rationality of the size of specimens used in ASTM C227 method and Chinese pressure steaming method. And propose amendments.
