论述了生产中碳锰铁的原摇炉预炼工艺和改进后的摇炉加矿预炼工艺的特点 ,并进行了对比。实际生产表明 ,摇炉加矿预炼后 ,三炉联动率由原来的40 %提高到97 %以上 ,解决了热装生产线长期不能达产达效的技术难题 ,锰回收率由70 02 %提高到85 41 % ,年平均电耗达到625kWh /t。
Discusses the production of carbon ferromanganese furnace furnace pre-refining process and improved after-shaker ore pre-refining process characteristics, and compared. The actual production shows that the ratio of the three furnaces increased from 40% to more than 97% after the shaft furnace pre-refining, which solved the technical problem that the hot-charging production line can not reach the target for a long time and the recovery rate of manganese increased from 70.02% To 85 41%, the average annual electricity consumption reached 625kWh / t.
