目的:分析正畸心理辅导对青少年正畸托槽脱落率的影响,以便临床上采取相应的措施,降低托槽的脱落率,保证正畸治疗顺利进行。方法:将80例11~15岁青少年正畸患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。其中实验组不仅进行口腔卫生辅导,还施以心理辅导;对照组仅进行口腔卫生辅导,治疗结束后分析心理辅导对托槽脱落率的影响。结果:经统计学分析,研究组和对照组之间托槽脱落率有显著性差异,研究组较对照组托槽脱落率高。结论:对青少年正畸患者施以心理辅导可以降低正畸托槽脱落率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the influence of orthodontic counseling on the rate of orthodontic brackets dropping off in order to take corresponding measures clinically to reduce the rate of brachial detachment and ensure the smooth progress of orthodontic treatment. Methods: 80 cases of adolescent orthodontic patients aged from 11 to 15 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases each. The experimental group not only oral hygiene counseling, but also with psychological counseling; control group only oral hygiene counseling, after the end of treatment analysis of psychological counseling on the bracket shedding rate. Results: After statistical analysis, there was a significant difference in the rate of bracket shedding between the study group and the control group, and the study group had a higher rate of bracket shedding than the control group. Conclusion: Psychological counseling for adolescent orthodontic patients can reduce the rate of orthodontic brackets.
