本文采用群体比较的方法分析了５３５０ 例正常孕妇、４８２０ 例正常男性和３０９２ 例正常女性的尿碘分布状态。正态检验结果表明，孕妇、正常男性和女性以及总体尿碘均属正偏态分布。根据百分位数，本地区正常孕妇尿碘参考值范围在５３４１８Ｉμｇ／Ｌ。正常人总体尿碘参考值范围在５６４０６Ｉμｇ／Ｌ。
In this paper, we compared the distribution of urinary iodine in 5350 normal pregnant women, 4820 normal men and 3092 normal women by population comparison method. Normal test results show that pregnant women, normal men and women and overall urinary iodine are positive skewed distribution. According to the percentile, the reference value of urinary iodine for normal pregnant women in this area is 53418Iμg / L. Normal urine iodine reference value in the range of 56406Iμg / L.
