采用自制兔用层流架,配合带过滤罩的换气扇作为空气净化设备,建立面积为11 .5 m2 的动物实验室。经检测,动物实验室和层流架内噪声均低于60 dB;动物实验室工作照度为160 ～180lx;层流架内动物照度为13 ～20 lx。消毒后,层流架内落菌数为(1 .4 ±0 .5 ～3 .4 ±1 .8) 个/ 皿(90) ,携菌数测试未测到细菌。新西兰离乳兔饲养3 个月生长发育正常,表明层流架性能良好。该层流架价格低廉,维持费用低,使用操作简便,能保证清洁级环境,适用于中小规模的清洁级动物饲育和动物实验
Using a homemade rabbit laminar flow frame, with the ventilation fan with filter cover as air purification equipment, the establishment of an area of 11.5 m2 animal laboratory. After testing, animal laboratory and laminar flow frame noise were less than 60 dB; animal laboratory work illumination is 160 ~ 180lx; LOL animal illuminance of 13 ~ 20 lx. After disinfection, the number of falling bacteria in the laminar flow frame was (1.4 ± 0.5-3.4 ± 1.8) / dish (90). Bacteria were not detected in the carried bacteria test. New Zealand devoted rabbits raised 3 months of normal growth and development, indicating good performance of the laminar flow frame. The laminar flow rack low price, low maintenance cost, easy to use, can ensure a clean environment, suitable for small and medium-scale clean animal feeding and animal experiments
