目的:探讨玻璃体内注射康柏西普及小梁切除术联合广泛视网膜光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼的效果。方法:回顾性分析北京市仁和医院2018年3月至2019年6月新生血管性青光眼25例(27眼)的临床资料。随访观察术后视力和眼压。结果:眼压:术后1周为(13.33±6.93)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)、术后1个月为(12.96±7.26)mmHg和术后3个月为(13.00±7.98)mmHg,均低于术前(51.03±9.76)mmHg,术后各时间点与术前眼压相比差异有统计学意义(n P=0.000,0.000,0.000)。logMAR视力:术后1周为2.18±1.92、术后1个月为2.47±2.03及术后3个月为2.79±1.97,均高于术前1.76±1.69,术后各时间点与术前视力相比差异均有统计学意义(n P=0.039,0.010、0.000)。术后3个月视力>0.1者12眼(44.44%)多于术前的2眼(7.41%),差异有统计学意义(n χ2=9.643,n P=0.002)。n 结论:玻璃体内注射康柏西普及小梁切除术联合广泛视网膜光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼,既能显著改善眼压,又能提高视力。“,”Objective:To investigate the efficacy of intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with trabeculectomy and panretinal photocoagulation for neovascular glaucoma (NVG).Methods:The clinical data of 27 eyes of 25 cases with NVG in Beijing Renhe Hospital treated with intravitreal injection of conbercept (0.50 mg/0.05 ml) combined with trabeculectomy and panretinal photocoagulation from Mar.2018 to Jun. 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The visual acuity and intraocular pressure after operation were observed on follow-up time.Results:The preoperative IOP was (51.03±9.76) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa). The IOP was (13.33±6.93) mmHg at 1 week after operation, (12.96±7.26) mmHg at 1 month after operation, (13.00±7.98) mmHg at 3 months after operation, which was all lower than preoperation.The difference were statistically significant between before and different time after operation(n P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000). The visual acuity(logMAR) was 2.18±1.92 at 1 week after operation, 2.47±2.03 at 1 month after operation, 2.79±1.97 at 3 months after operation.The difference were statistically significant between before and after operation(n P=0.039, 0.010, 0.000). The visual acuity was >0.1 at 3 months followed-up after operation in 12 eyes(44.41%) compared with the 2 eyes(7.41%) before operation.The difference was statistically significant( n χ2=9.643, n P=0.002).n Conclusion:Intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with trabeculectomy and panretinal photocoagulation for neovascular glaucoma can significantly ameliorate intraocular pressure and improve visual acuity.
