研究目的:针对北京新建上水管道邻接既有结构工程,利用Ansys软件进行施工过程模拟,探讨新建上水管道施工过程中周边地层位移、既有结构施工沉降、新建上水管道的安全等问题。研究结论:在本地质条件情况下,最大沉降2.07mm,最大隆起值0.56mm,变形量满足设计要求;地表沉降槽宽度约30m,沉降曲线相对平坦,满足既有结构沉降要求。
Research purposes: In view of the adjoining existing structural project of newly-built Shenshui Pipeline in Beijing, the Ansys software was used to simulate the construction process, and the displacement of surrounding ground during the construction of the newly constructed sewer pipe, the settlement of existing structural subsidence, and the safety of the newly constructed sewer pipe were discussed. Research conclusions: Under the conditions of this geological condition, the maximum settlement is 2.07mm and the maximum is 0.56mm. The deformation amount meets the design requirements. The width of the surface sedimentation tank is about 30m. The settlement curve is relatively flat and meets the requirement of existing structure settlement.
