研究了PCVD复合渗镀高速钢刀具表面强化方法。复合渗镀层由(Ti,Si)N镀层和离子渗氮层组成。研究了Ti/Si对(Ti,Si)N系镀层的硬度、组织形貌、抗氧化性能和结合力的影响。切削试验结果表明,复合渗镀处理可显著改善高钢刀具切削性能,提高刀具寿命。
The surface strengthening method of PCVD composite high speed steel tool was studied. The composite coating consists of (Ti, Si) N coating and ion nitriding layer. The effects of Ti / Si on the hardness, microstructure, oxidation resistance and cohesion of (Ti, Si) N coatings were investigated. Cutting test results show that composite infiltration treatment can significantly improve the cutting performance of high steel cutting tools and improve tool life.
