本文应用相变理沦,论述了潜艇通气管航态柴油机废气流进入海水形成气泡的原因。文中又应用空泡理论,解释这种气泡形成与破灭时产生的强噪音及伴随的高压力波。对潜艇通气管航态柴油机废气流形成水噪音的机理和在排气咀附近出现的“水柱”现象,进行了初步探讨。 为了降低潜艇通气管航态柴油机废气流形成的水噪音,本文在分析噪音形成机理的基础上,提出了降低噪音的途径,阐明了大幅度地降低废气流温度才能有效地降低柴油机废气流形成的水噪音,提高潜艇通气管航态的隐蔽性。
In this paper, phase transformation theory is used to describe the reason why submarine aeronautical diesel engine exhaust flow into the seawater to form bubbles. In this paper, we also apply the theory of cavitation to explain the strong noise and the accompanying high pressure waves generated when the bubbles form and burst. The mechanism of formation of water noises and the “water column” appearing in the vicinity of the exhaust nozzle of the submarine vent pipe diesel engine exhaust gas flow are discussed. In order to reduce the water noise generated by exhaust flow of submarine aerofoil diesel engine, based on the analysis of noise formation mechanism, this paper puts forward a way to reduce noise and clarifies that it can effectively reduce the exhaust gas flow Water noise, submarine snorkel navigation to improve the covert manner.
