研究了不同剂量的L精氨酸(LArg)以及与谷氨酸(Glu)合用时对神经系统(海马区)的影响,以及NO介导谷氨酸的神经毒作用。通过观察小鼠的学习与记忆的过程,各组与正常对照组之间的被动回避反应的结果显示其嗜暗反应的潜伏期在大剂量LArg与LArg及Glu合用组明显延长,同时观察病理切片显示海马区的神经元细胞减少,神经胶质细胞增多等方面有不同程度的变化,NO作用具有浓度依赖性,大剂量有神经毒作用,从而揭示NO在影响小鼠神经系统发育及功能方面有一定作用
