本文报告用NC裸小鼠建立的人大肠癌移植瘤模型、定名为HCANZ-901。来源于病人的原代大肠癌块,接种成功率100%(6/6),现已传至19代,传代成功率为97%。移植瘤生长无潜伏期,倍增期6~7d,对移植瘤的光镜、电镜、CEA组化等检查表明该肿瘤模型保持了人大肠癌的恶性特征。
This article reports a model of human colon cancer xenograft established in NC nude mice and is designated HCANZ-901. From the patients’ primary colorectal cancer block, the success rate of vaccination was 100% (6/6). It has now been transmitted to the 19th generation and the success rate of passaging was 97%. The growth of transplanted tumors had no latency, and the doubling period was 6 to 7 days. Light microscope, electron microscopy, and CEA histochemistry showed that the tumor model maintained the malignant characteristics of human colorectal cancer.
