目的研究国际新近发展的胫骨超声速率(SOS)与双能X线吸收法(DEXA)及单光子吸收法(SPA)测定的骨密度(BMD)的相关性。方法对213名年龄22-83岁(平均54.3±15.2岁)的女性健康志愿者及56例年龄53-83岁(平均67.9±7.4岁)的原发性骨质疏松症椎体骨折患者进行胫骨SOS及DEXA、SPA骨密度测定。结果213名健康志愿者的胫骨SOS值与DEXA测定的4个部位BMD值和SPA测定的2个部位的BMD值呈显著的正相关〔P<0.001);选取104名年龄、绝经年限及体重指数与骨折组,相匹配的健康志愿者(平均年龄66.9±6.1岁)作为对照组,与椎体骨折组进行比较两组之间的胫骨SOS值有显著差别(P<0.01)。结论胫骨SOS与DEXA及SPA测定的6个部位的BMD值有非常显著的正相关;胫骨SOS在椎体骨祈组与对照组之间有显著差别。
Objective To study the relationship between newly developed tibiae sonic rate (SOS) and bone mineral density (BMD) measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) and single photon absorption (SPA). Methods Totally 213 female volunteers aged 22-83 years (mean 54.3 ± 15.2 years) and 56 primary osteomas aged 53-83 years (average 67.9 ± 7.4 years) Osteoporosis in patients with osteoporosis vertebral tibia SOS and DEXA, SPA bone mineral density determination. Results The tibial SOS values of 213 healthy volunteers were positively correlated with the BMD of 4 sites measured by DEXA and the BMD of 2 sites measured by SPA [P <0.001]. 104 age, menopausal years, Body mass index and fracture group, the matched healthy volunteers (mean age 66.9 ± 6.1 years) as the control group, compared with the vertebral fracture group, the tibia SOS value was significantly different between the two groups (P <0 .01). Conclusions There is a significant positive correlation between the SOS of the tibia and the BMD of the six sites measured by DEXA and SPA. There is a significant difference between the SOS of the tibia and the control group.
