对厚环状异种合金钢管材进行了连续驱动摩擦焊接试验。结果表明:随着焊接时间增加,飞边量增加,焊缝微观组织细化;超过6 s后,焊接界面发生过烧现象,微观组织变为粗大的马氏体。通过对不同焊接时间下焊接接头的力学性能检测发现,6 s时拉伸和冲击性能最优。
Thick ring shaped dissimilar alloy steel pipe was subjected to continuous drive friction welding test. The results show that with the increase of welding time, the amount of flashover increases and the microstructure of the weld seam is refined. After more than 6 s, the overburning phenomenon occurs at the welding interface and the microstructure becomes coarse martensite. Through testing the mechanical properties of welded joints under different welding time, it is found that the tensile and impact properties are the best at 6 s.
