1984～1985年,我们对新疆博尔塔拉地区的健康人群、家畜及野生动物作了嗜肺军团菌血清1型(LP-1)抗体测定,调查结果报告如下。 一、材料与方法 1.采血:用整群抽样法取受检者或动物全血1～2滴(每滴约0.03毫升),分别置于普通滤纸上,使其浸透干燥,血斑直径约1厘米左右,检测前将血片剪下,以10倍PB稀释液浸泡半小时后应用其浸出液,测定LP-1抗体。 2.LP-1可溶性抗原制备:按南京军区总医院《军团病手册》中方法。
From 1984 to 1985, we measured Legionella pneumophila serotype 1 (LP-1) antibodies to healthy people, livestock and wildlife in the Bortala region of Xinjiang. The findings are as follows.
