本文叙述了双圆弧齿轮应用在变五型抽油机齿轮减速器中的试验过程及结果。总结了两种齿型整个试验的加载级数和对应的运转循环数;油温随载荷的变化;减速器的密封以及随载荷增大齿面接触带的磨合与传动噪音。 This paper describes the application of double circular arc gears in the fifth gear pump gear reducer in the test process and results. The loading series and the number of operation cycles of the two kinds of tooth profiles are summarized. The variation of oil temperature with load, the sealing of reducer and the running-in and transmission noises of the contact zone of the tooth surface with the increase of load are summarized.
