(一)在中国社会经历了近三十年改革开放以后,社会关系和城乡结构发生了巨大变化,也引发了许多社会矛盾,在经济昂首前行的同时,暴露出来的社会问题需要解决,结构需要调整,关系需要理顺,而建设和谐社会,就是这一现实需求的集中反映,既是执政党意志,更是包括各阶层广大民众的普遍心愿,显然,这也是中国社会进一步发展的基本保障。 (1) After the Chinese society has undergone nearly 30 years of reform and opening up, the social relations and the urban-rural structure have undergone tremendous changes.
