步入21世纪以来,中国与世界各国的交往日益频繁。英语作为与世界沟通的桥梁,在国际交流中发挥了重要作用。然而我国广大农村地区英语教育发展现状却不容乐观,农村地区英语教学设施简陋、师资力量薄弱、学习观念落后及对英语重视不足等问题降低了农村小学学生学习英语的热情。在分析了农村小学英语教学现状的基础上,从师资、设备和教学观念等方面提出了相应的措施,力争不断提高农村小学生学习英语的热情,改善农村小学英语教学的落后现状。 Since entering the 21st century, there has been more and more frequent exchanges between China and other countries in the world. As a bridge to communicate with the world, English plays an important role in international exchanges. However, the current situation of English education in vast rural areas in our country is not optimistic. The problems of poor English teaching facilities in rural areas, weak teaching faculty, backward learning concepts and insufficient attention to English have reduced the enthusiasm of rural primary school students in learning English. Based on the analysis of the present situation of English teaching in primary schools in rural areas, some countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of teachers, equipment and teaching concepts. The measures are to improve the enthusiasm of rural pupils in learning English and improve the backwardness of English teaching in rural primary schools.
