通过建立埋地管道气密性试验过程温度场的物理模型,全面考虑了埋地管道对温度场的影响。提出了一种城镇供热管网气密性检测系统的总体设计方案,特别是一种城镇管网预制直埋保温管接头气密性试验装置及其试验系统。目的就是针对已有技术存在的不合理性,结合研发工作和检测过程的需要,设计提供一种可广泛应用于各种管道的气密性检测的试验装置。
By establishing the physical model of the temperature field in the gas tightness test of buried pipeline, the influence of the buried pipeline on the temperature field is fully considered. An overall design scheme of air tightness testing system for urban heat supply pipe network is put forward. In particular, an air tightness test device and test system for prefabricated buried heat pipe connector of urban pipe network are presented. The purpose is to design a test device that can be widely used for testing the airtightness of various kinds of pipes in view of the unreasonable existing technology and combining with the research and development work and the testing process.
