采用外观检查、裂纹断口宏微观观察及能谱分析、材料硬度检测、金相检查对2024铝合金转动件出现的裂纹进行了失效分析。结果表明,2024铝合金制件的裂纹失效属低周疲劳开裂,在冲压成型过程中,模具对坯件造成凹坑,产生应力集中加速了疲劳裂纹的萌生与扩展,导致最终失效。提出了严格控制制件的加工工艺的建议,并在装配前严格检查其表面质量。
The failure of 2024 aluminum alloy rotating parts was analyzed by visual inspection, macro-micro observation and energy spectrum analysis, material hardness test and metallographic examination. The results show that the failure of 2024 aluminum alloy is a kind of low cycle fatigue cracking. During the stamping process, the mold will cause dimples in the blank, resulting in the stress concentration accelerating the initiation and propagation of the fatigue crack, resulting in the final failure. Proposed strict control of parts processing technology recommendations, and strictly check the surface quality before assembly.
