我国新生儿疾病死因中新生儿窒息占第一位,据报道97.3%的新生儿窒息病例在产前有高危因素,且其复苏效果与着手复苏的迟早密切相关。说明有高危因素的新生儿发生窒息的可能性大,而及时有效地对高危新生儿进行复苏则尤为重要。故围产医学界大力提倡产儿合作和新生儿新法复苏,以降低新生儿窒息病死率。我院自1994年1月以来坚持产儿合作、新生儿科医师进产房,对3 584例高危新生儿按 ABCDE 复苏 Asphyxia of neonates accounted for the first place in the cause of neonatal death in China. It is reported that 97.3% of neonatal asphyxia cases have high risk factors in prenatal period, and the recovery effect is closely related to the sooner or later resuscitation. It shows that newborns with high-risk factors are more likely to have asphyxia, and it is especially important to timely and effectively recover high-risk newborns.
