人工合成的4,8—二甲基癸醛·麦芽醇·香草醛·戊醛、19种植物油和麦芽果等对拟谷盗Tribolium SPP·成虫的诱性被测试。与正乙烷对照比较,4.8—二甲基癸醛信息素对赤拟谷盗T.castaneum和杂拟谷盗T.confusum具有较强的诱性,但高浓度时,其诱性降低。高剂量戊醛引起杂拟谷盗聚集。冷榨未精炼的麦芽油、燕麦油、玉米油、豆油等对两种拟谷盗均有诱虫性;人工合成的麦芽果诱性较强。适宜浓度的信息素与食物诱饵(麦芽果或燕麦油)结合,诱性增效明显。
Synthetic 4,8-dimethyldecanal · maltol · vanillin · valeral, 19 vegetable oils and maltose were tested for their resistance to the adult Tribolium Tribolium SPP · adults. In contrast to the n-hexane control, 4.8-dimethyldecanal pheromone showed strong tolerance to T. castaneum and T. confusum, but decreased at high concentrations. High doses of pentyl aldehyde caused miscellaneous cereal accumulation. Cold-pressed unrefined malt oil, oat oil, corn oil, soybean oil and other two kinds of pseudo-curb are allotetic; synthetic malt extract stronger. Appropriate concentrations of pheromones and food bait (malt extract or oat oil) combined with significant synergism.
